Relationship Management Internship

At NIKKI, we are looking for a social, inquisitive student who wants to gain more experience in customer contact and relationship management.

‍

As an intern in the Relationship Management team, you support our relationship managers in contact with sports clubs and help to make the contribution collection process run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to independently build customer contact, contribute to process improvements and contribute to customer satisfaction. NIKKI is about real relationships and you can make a difference in them.

What are you going to do?

‍

During your internship, you will learn the intricacies of the relationship management profession. You support your colleagues in:

‍

• Preparing and attending customer meetings (by phone, email and sometimes on location)
• Identifying customer questions and thinking about solutions
• Identifying details with customers and following up where necessary
• Preparing customer updates or internal reports
• Answering written customer questions.
• Supporting improvement projects or internal optimizations
• Participating in quarterly goals and, of course, also in fun team moments

Who are you?

‍

You are following at least a higher professional education or are in the process of obtaining an Associate Degree (see possible course below)

‍

• You are social, customer-oriented and you dare to ask questions
• You work accurately, proactively and enjoy taking the initiative
• You have an affinity for sports and understand how sports clubs work
• You are good at working independently, but you are also a team player
• You have a good command of the Dutch language (oral and written)
• You have a driver's license (not mandatory)
