More than a job, a movement

At NIKKI, we're building something big every day. I have the privilege to do that together with a team that dares, thinks and does. Not only are we changing how sports clubs manage their finances, we're changing the standard for how the sports sector is organized and supported every day. Not with empty systems or nice words, but with people who really take responsibility and want to make a difference.

Every day, I work with people who want to grow more than average. People who take the initiative before anyone asks, who dare to learn by doing, and who understand that growth starts where comfort ends.

Our culture was consciously designed. We lift each other up, set the bar high and stay honest with each other. Only people who get energy from building with other people who want to move forward thrive here. That's what makes NIKKI special.

I don't believe in jobs. If you're simply looking for a job, you're wrong here. I believe in building: on yourself, on a team and on a movement. This requires ownership, curiosity and guts. It requires people who want to bear responsibility, not people waiting for permission.

I'm not going to give you a plan. I don't believe in that either. What you do get from me is simple: space, trust and the chance to create something big. What you do with it determines your success. But only if you dare.

The culture: How do we work at NIKKI?

At NIKKI, we believe that a strong culture starts with ownership. Everyone here is responsible for the end result, not because you have to, but because you want to.

We are performance-oriented, but not in the way that rewards stress or façade. At NIKKI, performance rewards ownership, effectiveness, and maturity. Smart, fast and well-rounded work outweighs how or where you work here.

We deliberately cut out bureaucracy. A new person who arrives one day is taken just as seriously as someone who works here for years. Good ideas don't need a rank or title. Only quality.

Feedback is not a formal agreement here, but a daily conversation. You can address anyone, even me. This is not about being right, but about getting better.

Autonomy is our way of working. We don't care where, when or how you work, as long as you take responsibility and deliver what you promise. We give space to develop your own style and count on impact, not attendance. Initiative has more value than consent.
