Social Debt Collection Manager - Full Time

As a Social Debt Collection Manager, you are the leader who connects processes, people, data and customers, with empathy and results.

About the role

‍
You ensure that data does not stick around, but you lead to real improvement: smoother processes, a stronger team and customers who feel heard and helped. You develop processes and KPIs that give your team guidance and direction. You coach your colleagues in a way that does justice to our vision: social where possible, clear where necessary. And you advise customers based on content, with clear figures and a strong story.

You work closely with the management team and have an influence on how we set social debt collection as the norm, both within NIKKI and towards our customers.

What you bring

‍
You have experience in debt collection, debtor management or financial services and are ready to take the step of combining vision and leadership. You know how to manage a department, structure it and improve performance. You know the relevant laws and regulations and know how to apply them in a human way. Knowledge of Aryza Navigate is an advantage.

You think analytically, work in a result-oriented way and believe in the importance of a positive, open team culture. You take ownership, are visible and switch easily between strategy and operation.

We are looking for someone who:

‍
• Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience, including managerial experience
• requires a higher professional education level (e.g. Business Administration, Law or similar)
• Strong in data analysis and KPI control
• Knows how to coach, give direction and take people along
• Choose social debt with conviction and show it every day
