For our organization, we are looking for two part-time employees to support us with member services and administrative activities.
About us
At NIKKI, we relieve sports clubs in the Netherlands in terms of contribution management. Personal contact is key to us, both internally and externally. Every day, we are available for clubs and their members to answer questions and solve problems.

What are you going to do?
In this role, you are an important point of contact for our members and customers. Your activities are varied and include:
- Accepting and handling calls with members by phone
- Answering member and customer emails
- Receiving visitors (hostess role)
- Supportive administrative work
- Creating and maintaining reports
- Inventory management for internal use
- Support in creating schedules
- Taking notes at internal meetings
- Project support
- Light administrative support for HR or team matters
Who are you?
You largely recognize yourself in the following:
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a position with customer contact and/or hospitality
- You have at least an MBO level 3 or HAVO diploma
- You enjoy helping people and talking to people
- You work accurately and love structure
- You have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- You are friendly, reliable and service-oriented
- You are looking for a part-time job (3 to 4 days a week)
