Helpdesk employee - Part-time/full-time

We support sports clubs and their members throughout the Netherlands with innovative solutions and excellent service. Our goal? Unburdening treasurers and increasing the ease of payment for members. What are you going to do?

As a helpdesk employee at NIKKI, you are the first point of contact for questions and support. You play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping our processes running smoothly. Your tasks include:

  • Answering questions by phone and email about payments, memberships and our system.
  • Accurate processing of customer data in order to contribute to the optimization of the processes.
  • As a helpdesk employee members with more complex issues come to you by email or phone, which you know how to handle in a friendly, customer-oriented way.
  • It's you business card of the company, for members, customers or potential customers.

With your service-oriented attitude and eye for detail, you ensure that our customers feel heard and helped. As a helpdesk employee, you are the one who looks beyond the standard range of tasks and makes an essential contribution to keeping our processes running smoothly. You remain critical and attentive to help people in the best possible way!

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are more important.
  • You are at least 18 years old and available at least 3 days a week.
  • You have at least an MBO 3 diploma or a HAVO diploma.
