Call center employee - Side job

As a service provider for many sports clubs in the Netherlands, you make paying contributions just that little bit easier, together we will try to collect contribution fees in a socially responsible way. You get energy from helping people and are the calling card for new customers.
What are you going to do?
As a call center employee at NIKKI, you work during the week, mainly in the evenings from 17:00-20:00, supplemented by any hours on Saturdays. You call members of sports clubs to answer questions, send payment reminders and help them with their contribution payments. Together with an enthusiastic team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

18 years: €11.50
19 years: €13.00
20 years: €14.50
21 years: €16.00
*the above salaries are ALL-IN HOURLY WAGE

Who are you?
• You have availability mainly in the evenings between 17:00-20:00.
• You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You are driven and willing to develop.
• You are at least 18 years old and have at least a HAVO diploma or an MBO 3 diploma.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch speaking and writing (English is an advantage)
• No experience? No problem! We provide excellent training and guidance so that you are well prepared to get started.
