Debtor Management Internship

At NIKKI, we are looking for enthusiastic interns who get energy from coming up with solutions. Together with the debtor, you will look for the best solution for an outstanding claim. Through your customer-oriented mindset, you can lead complex situations to a good result.

What are you going to do?

‍

• Participate in managing our debtor portfolio.
• Track outstanding payments and process them administratively.
• Answering emails and thinking about solutions for customers.
• Telephone contact with debtors about file questions.
• Contributing to the smooth running of our internal processes.

Who are you?

‍

You are following at least a higher professional education or are in the process of obtaining an Associate Degree (see possible course below)

‍

• Proactive, accurate and customer-focused.
• Strong communicative and solution-oriented. You can communicate clearly, efficiently, but in a friendly manner.
