Why was my payment refunded?
You cannot transfer manually to Mollie's account number, which we use to send our iDEAL payment links. You will then receive the amount paid back to your account. You can use the iDEAL payment link from the email to pay your contribution.
I have already unsubscribed, why
do I still receive payment requests?
Sometimes you still owe a contribution to your sports club if you unsubscribe (too late). Always unsubscribe in writing via the website. For more information, you can always send your unsubscription certificate to contributie@nikki.nl e-mail, we would be happy to watch with you.
Why is my direct debit
not depreciated yet?
NIKKI does not work by direct debit. You will receive an iDEAL payment link from us via email that allows you to pay your contribution.
Where do I change my contact details?
If you want to provide new contact details, please send an email to contributie@nikki.nl. We are happy to adjust this for you.
I haven't received an email from NIKKI?
It sometimes happens that our e-mail ended up in your spam box. It is also possible that your details are not up to date, you can then send an email to contributie@nikki.nl. We are happy to customize it for you!
Could I receive an invoice?
Unfortunately, NIKKI is not allowed to issue an invoice for you. The invoice can be requested from your own association, including the details of your sports club.
How do I pay my contribution?
iDEAL: You will receive a link via email to pay the contribution to your sports club. Via this link, you will be redirected via Mollie to a payment page where you can then pay the contribution securely with your own bank. If you have paid the total amount at once, you will not receive any further emails in the coming season. If you have opted for an installment payment, you will receive an email each month containing a new iDEAL payment link for the month in question.
Bank transfer: Would you prefer to make a payment yourself? You can transfer the amount to be paid via your online banking environment. Transfer the amount to IBAN: NL68 RABO 0316 4041 01. Always include your membership number, otherwise the payment will be refunded and not registered.
Cash: The starting point is that money movements take place via the bank. Cash payments are avoided as much as possible. If you want to pay in cash, please make an appointment. An explanation for the origin of the cash is always requested. This is recorded administratively.
Is NIKKI aware of any fees?
If you do not have the financial ability to pay a contribution to allow your child to exercise, you can apply for a financial contribution from various parties. Go to https://jeugdfondssportencultuur.nl/ to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Is there a monthly payment option?
A member of an association that collaborates with NIKKI has the option to pay the contribution in monthly installments. In addition, there is also the option to pay the contribution in one go.
My contribution is wrong, can you
fix this?
We would like to refer you to the website of your sports club. This lists all the correct rates in combination with the regulations concerning the contribution fees. In addition, the total amount can also consist of, for example: registration fee, volunteer contribution, red and yellow cards, fines, clothing contribution, selection fee, laundry fees, etc. In your email, you will see a specification of your contribution amount.
